Ashley Villafranco Valle plans to attend the University of Texas at Dallas and major in electrical engineering. She chose electrical engineering to further develop her interest in mathematics and electronics. The University of Texas at Dallas offered this program and opportunities for internships, allowing her to go beyond just theory and get hands-on experience with what she wants to learn. Ashley wants to use this degree with a focus on computer engineering to design, develop, and test hardware inside computers. There’s no doubt technology will be a part of the future, so Ashley wants to help advance our current systems to keep up with the demand for expansion. Through this, not only will infrastructure be improved upon, but it will allow for further creativity as limiters are removed, and AI assistance allows for a broader scope in art, animation, film-making, and music.
