KIPP Texas Public Schools – Austin

As a senior at KIPP Austin Brave, Krishna Gautam intends to major in neuroscience at Wellesley College. Throughout her years at Brave, Krishna has helped raise awareness for social injustices by participating in student-led clubs such as KAB Student Council and KAB Families as Partners club. Families as Partners is a club intended to encourage families to connect with the student body for healthier lifestyle habits. Aside from contributing to KAB, she taught the Nepali language and traditional dance to the youth of the Greater Austin Nepali Society. There, she was recognized and received an award for her leadership.
