Osbaldo Meza Chavez

Osbaldo Meza is a proud first-generation Mexican American who earned a double major in economics and Spanish from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. In 2021, Osbaldo joined Aon through its early career program, launch, and currently serves as an associate broker for Aon’s Global Client Network (AGCN), based in Houston, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for assisting in brokering, marketing, and consulting foreign insurance programs for energy and non-energy US Multinational clients. Outside of his corporate job duties, Osbaldo continues his service work as consultant for the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Mentoring Program Nita M. Lowey PA 21st Century Community Learning Center, where he collaborates with the director in the design and implementation of the state program. Osbaldo hopes to share his career pathway with other underrepresented minorities in hopes of inspiring them to achieve positions of leadership in corporate America.
